Playbooks

Hubspot playbooks create interactive content cards displayed in contact, company, deal, and ticket records. When speaking with prospects and customers, your team can reference these and create standardized notes.

Using a playbook over multiple calls, or multiple users:

Playbook answers populate to the company profile notes. If a playbook is filled out multiple times the answers will display multiple times, and only show the answers that were filled out.

If you want to fill out a playbook with another team member, or across multiple sessions you should

  1. Open the playbook and leave an answer for each question - even if the answer is TBD

  2. log the playbook as a call

  3. access the playbook in the overview tab or activities > calls

  4. edit the playbook to update your answers
