How to Access Your Heat Pump Marketplace Dashboard

Logging In for the First Time

Follow these steps to access your Heat Pump Marketplace dashboard for the first time.

Important: If you're active on both the Solar Marketplace and Heat Pump Marketplace, these platforms operate separately and each marketplace requires separate login credentials and manages leads independently.

Navigate to the login page
- Go to heatpumps.energysage.com/installers/ and click "Log in"
Request a login code
- On the "Log in" form, click "Email me a code to log in"
Enter your email
- On the "Log in with passcode" form, enter your email address and click "Submit"
Enter your code
- Check your email for the login code
- Enter the code in the form and click "Submit"
- You should be redirected to your Heat Pump Marketplace dashboard

Setting Up Your Password

After logging in for the first time, set a password for easier access going forward:

Access your account settings
- In the top right corner of the Heat Pump Marketplace, hover over the user profile icon
- In the dropdown menu, click "Account"
Set your password
- On the "Profile" page, click "Set / Change Password"
- Enter your new password and click "Set password"
- You'll be returned to the "Profile" page; close the tab to return to the marketplace

Once you've set a password, access the Heat Pump Marketplace by:

Navigating to heatpumps.energysage.com/installers/
Entering your username and password
