Profile Set-up Checklist
Complete your installer profile to look more attractive to consumers on EnergySage.
-
Obtain customer reviews
-
You should have a minimum of 50 reviews, with ideally 100+ reviews on the ES platform.
-
Respond to as many reviews as you can, from 1 star to 5 stars. This lets consumers see your communication style and helps build their trust.
-
Don’t wait until the project is complete to ask for a review!
-
-
Get your Manufacturer Endorsement Badge - Reach out to your equipment manufacturer to see if you qualify for an endorsement badge on your ES profile.
-
Upload at least 3 photos - Use a high-quality, 1300 x 300-pixel image. This is an opportunity to get creative and/or highlight your endorsements. Check out other installers’ profiles for inspiration.
-
Upload your company logo - Use a high-quality, 300x300-pixel image.
-
Add your team’s headshots - Each of your company’s sales representatives should upload a friendly and professional headshot to their individual user accounts.
-
Add media to tell your story - Upload photos of projects you have worked on as well as team photos. We highly recommend using videos in addition to photographs!
-
Include all company locations - If your company has multiple locations, be sure to add each address to your EnergySage profile.
-
Check off all services, certifications, and partnerships that apply - Select all services and technologies you offer, as well as any licenses you hold, so that your offerings and certifications are clearly visible to prospective customers.
-
Thoughtfully fill out the “Reasons why you should work with us” section with your top three selling points - If you are not sure what to highlight, review this article about Unique Value Propositions and identify what differentiates you from your competition, ie your Unique Value Propositions (UVPs). Use those UVPs as your top three reasons to work with you.
-
Review - Have your marketing manager review your profile for quality and content. No marketing manager? Ask your PSM to review your profile.
