What happens on an Energy Advising Session?

Learn what a typical energy advising session looks like.

Energy Advising sessions are usually 15-30 minutes. In most cases, customers request to book an Advising session to learn more about their quotes.  On these calls, Energy Advisors (EAs) will:

  • Learn more about the consumer’s home and solar project

  • Answer general questions about going solar

  • Help the consumer compare the quotes in their marketplace

  • Educate the consumer about the next steps and encourage them to move forward with their preferred installer

We highly recommend including a calendar link in your profile so our EAs can schedule calls with customers for you. Our EAs may also send emails to installers on the customer's behalf.
