When should I contact an EA?

Energy Advisors (EAs) are a team of solar experts EnergySage makes available to homeowners to help them with their shopping experience. They answer questions about technology, quotes, and solar basics. Think of an EA as the consumer's personal assistant. Reach out to an EA if you need help with a specific homeowner. 

When to contact an EA:

• You have a question about the customer’s profile and need clarification to quote.
• A customer selected your quote on the platform but has not responded.
• You have a hot lead who has shown interest in moving forward, but you haven't heard from them in a while.

When to contact your PSM: 

• You have questions about how to use the marketplace.
• You have questions about EnergySage.
• You have questions about groups of leads, or EnergySage leads in general.
