How to request a lead return
You can request a lead return by clicking ‘Request Lead Return’, on the top right of a property while it's in the ‘Available’ tab, shown below. You must request lead returns within 72 hours of receiving the lead and before submitting a quote. Any user can request a lead be returned, but your account admin must approve all lead returns. We'll notify the account owner when a sales rep requests a lead return for their approval.
Please be aware:

Leads must be returned within 72 hours of receipt and before you click "Start Quote".
- You may request the return of up to 10% of your monthly lead cap in each state in which you are actively quoting leads.

You can receive credits for up to 10% of the leads you receive in a month.
- Lead returns are credited towards your invoice in the same month.
