Setting your territories ensures you are only receiving leads in the areas you want to. You can set service areas on personal and company level, see how to do both below:

Access Levels
Your ability to adjust areas of service for yourself and your company depends on whether you are listed as an admin or sales rep for your company.
Admins can:
- Edit Territories Company-Wide: You'll be able to set up and adjust company-wide service areas to define your operating territory.
- Set a service radius from branch offices
- Select covered territories on an interactive map
- Import/export ZIP codes or counties
- Edit Territories by Sales Rep: You'll be able to manage sales rep territories to ensure leads are distributed properly.
- Assign territories from pre-selected company service areas
- Copy territories from one rep to another
- Autoquote Management: You'll be able to configure Autoquote settings to ensure quotes are generated correctly.
- Set criteria based on distance from the office
- Enable or disable by region
- Configure by utility provider
- Configure by county or city
Sales reps can:
- View open areas of service for their territory
How to set territories (Admins)
- Navigate to the 'Available' tab.
- See 'Areas of Service' in the top left corner, click "Edit." From here you will have 2 options to select your territory.

Add Zip codes for each teammate. Zip codes should be separated by a comma. Note: When you click away from this box, the map will update |

Note that you can toggle between zip code, and map views to complete your configuration. For example, starting with zip codes and completing the set up using a map. |

Tools and tips:
- Bulk Assign zip codes to all teammates. This toggle will let you assign the same zip codes to everyone at once
- Remember to Save!
How to copy territories from one user to another (Admin only)
- Navigate to your settings.
- Scroll down to "Advanced Actions" and click "Expand."
- Copy lead preferences from the updated user to the user that needs an update.
- Repeat these steps for all active users who need their areas of service updated.
How to check your company's current territories covered
- Once logged in, navigate to your territory overview screen
- The displayed map will color all the areas covered
- For a breakdown of coverage by individual reps, hit the ‘Download’ button below the map to save a CSV file that contains the information.
Alternatively, this screen will be displayed once you’ve finished editing your coverage in the zip code or interactive map editor.
