How to Use the NetSuite Customer Portal

Logging In

Reach out to invoices@energysage.com to get an invitation to set up an account

Log in at: https://4144416.app.netsuite.com/app/login/secure/privatelogin.nl?c=4144416 

 

Adding a Payment Method 

Reach out to invoices@energysage.com for instructions to add a card or bank account on file for future use.

 

Viewing invoice and payment history

  • Click “All Transactions” under Billing 
  • You can see all invoices, credits, and payments and their status
  • Click the Excel icon to download the report to a spreadsheet

Searching for an unpaid invoice by number 

  • Select “Invoice” as the type in the transaction search
  • Put the number in and click search
  • Click into any invoice record to Print to PDF or Email the invoice to yourself.

To view all Open invoices, leave the Number field blank and select only the “type”

Paying an Invoice in the Customer Center

Click “Make a Payment”

2.  Check mark the invoices that you would like to submit payment for. Then the Payment Amount will auto calculate note: If you have credits, they will display below and you are able to apply them to open invoices in this section as well.

3. First, select Credit Card Token or Bank Account under “Payment Method”, depending on your saved payment method


4. Then, select your saved card or bank account from the drop down that pops up.

5. Click Submit & Print or Submit & Email to generate a receipt for yourself
