When are invoices due?

Invoices are due upon receipt. Your company will be billed for the prior month's leads in the first week of the month. The payment method you have on file will be charged as soon as the invoice is created.

If there is an issue with the payment method on file, EnergySage’s account receivable team will reach out to your team to resolve the issue.  If the invoice remains unpaid by the end of that calendar month, your access to new leads can be paused.
