How are leads allocated?
Learn how and when we allocate leads to your account.
Once a lead is approved into our marketplace it is immediately distributed to installers serving the area where the property is located. Leads are allocated to no more than 7 installers. If any sales rep in a company has an area of service open, the entire company is eligible to receive leads in that area.
Our lead distribution algorithm aims to maximize all installers' lead caps and ensures your regularly assigned new leads.
Pacing Rules
In most cases, you won't receive more than 10% of your monthly lead cap per day, or 30% of your lead cap per week. For example, if your lead cap is 100, you will only get 10 leads per day and 30 leads per week. Lead pacing can be customized on a per-cap basis. Speak with your PSM to learn more.
Rep Notification
When leads are assigned to your account, we'll send you a notification. If you have ‘Receives Lead Notifications’ turned off, you won’t be notified, but the lead will still be assigned to you.
