Customers can now quickly find their quotes, message center, and account details with streamlined top-level navigation. This change is visible for customers who are logged in to their Marketplace account.

What’s Changed?

We’re excited to share that EnergySage has redesigned the menu navigation experience for customers in the Marketplace. Customers who are logged in and shopping now see:

  • Simplified Menu: A simplified top level menu navigation for customers logged into their EnergySage account.
  • Visual Consistency: A clearer visual indication of customers' logged-in status. 

Why Did We Make This Change?

We're always improving the customer experience to make it easier for shoppers to find what they're looking for in their solar journey. These updates are part of our ongoing effort to help shoppers more easily find key site pages that help them engage with installers.


How It Works

The customer menu has been simplified to prioritize Quotes and the Message Center.
