"Moving Forward" Tab

The “Moving Forward” section shows all homeowners who have indicated they are ready to or have already moved forward with your company.

This selection can be triggered by a homeowner, energy advisor, or installer rep. If there is a lead in your “Moving Forward” tab that you are having trouble contacting, you can reach out to your PSM and the lead’s assigned Energy Advisor. If there is someone in the “Moving Forward” tab who is no longer moving forward with your company, let your PSM know.
