We're excited to announce the launch of our newly upgraded message center! Featuring a new design and several functional enhancements, it’s easier than ever to quickly search, sort, and manage customer messages.
Here’s what’s new:
- All-New Search Capabilities: Search by message body, shopper address, or shopper name to help you find messages with a specific homeowner
- Enhanced Filter Options: Filter by message status (unread vs. read) and customer reply status to prioritize and simplify responses
- Integrated Search: Quickly find other messages using the Search and Filter functions right from the Message Thread View
- Updated Message Thread View: See customer information right next to your message thread for easy reference
- Fresh New Interface: Redesigned for both installers and homeowners to make exchanging messages simpler and more efficient
Below is a breakdown of the filtering, sorting, searching and customer information:
Search - you can search your messages by several parameters

by keyword
- by homeowner address
- by homeowner name
Filter - you can filter their messages by several parameters:
- by message status (read vs. unread)
- by if the homeowner has replied or not
Sort - you can sort their message threads by several parameters:
- by most recent messages
- by oldest messages

- Utility Company
- Age of roof
- Ability to remove trees
- Associated Energy Advisor
