Refreshed Quotes

What are refreshed quotes?

Homeowners can request "refreshed quotes" when they re-engage with EnergySage after originally requesting quotes. Homeowners quotes are eligible for a refresh if their property was approved more than 90 days ago and have not had any related shopping activity in the last 30 days.

Am I billed for refreshed quotes?

If your company received the lead before, you will not be billed again. Below is a screenshot of lead details on a refreshed lead. 

If your company has quoted this lead before you will see View previous quote details. This indicates that you have quoted this and have not been charged again. You can click on View previous quote details to review your previous quote.

If you believe you received a lead in the past, but do not see an the above indication that "Your company has quoted this customer before", please reach out to your Partner Success Manager
