How to Update Your Heat Pump Service Areas
Unlike our Solar Marketplace where installers can select counties and zip codes directly in their settings, Heat Pump Marketplace service areas must be updated through your Partner Success Manager.
This allows for more precise targeting and ensures you only receive consultation requests from homeowners in areas you actively service.
To add or remove zip codes from your service areas:
- Prepare your updated list of zip codes
- Create a comprehensive list of all zip codes you can service
- Review your current coverage to identify any additions or removals
- Best Practice: Maintain this list in your own files for easy reference and future updates
- Contact installersuccess@energysage.com
- Send your updated list of serviceable zip codes to installersuccess@energysage.com
- Clearly indicate any additions or changes from your current coverage
- Include any relevant context about the changes
- Allow processing time
- Service area updates may take up to 4 business days to process
- You'll receive confirmation once the changes are live
- Plan ahead when expanding or adjusting your coverage areas
