Zapier Integration Update - November 2025
EnergySage is discontinuing its Zapier subscription on November 21, 2025. Installers who want to continue using Zapier must migrate their workflows to their own accounts before that date.
Summary
EnergySage is discontinuing our Zapier subscription effective November 21, 2025. While the EnergySage Zapier app will remain available for installers who want to continue using it, we will no longer be paying for Zaps to and from CRMs. This change is part of our commitment to investing in platform improvements that better support your workflows long-term. Installers who value Zapier integration can continue using it through their own Zapier accounts.

What's Changing?
- EnergySage is discontinuing our Zapier subscription
- Zaps currently running through EnergySage's Zapier account will no longer be supported after November 21, 2025
- Using Zapier is no longer required to participate in the commission pricing model
- The EnergySage Zapier app remains available for installers who want to continue using Zapier through their own accounts
Why Did We Make This Change?
Our goal is to make working with EnergySage easier and more streamlined. When we first introduced Zapier, our hope was that it would reduce the manual work of managing leads. While it has been helpful for a small number of installers, most aren't getting meaningful value from it.
Instead of expanding our Zapier investment, we're shifting our resources toward platform improvements that better support your workflows long-term. If you are one of our installers who values transferring data from EnergySage to your own CRM, Zapier will still be available and is a very efficient tool to do so.
How the Transition Will Work
Now through November 21, 2025: You can export any Zapier workflows you want to keep into your own Zapier account. For more information on how to export Zaps, visit Zapier's export documentation.
On November 21, 2025: Leads will stop flowing through EnergySage's Zapier account. If your Zaps aren't migrated by this date, lead delivery through Zapier will stop.
After November 21, 2025: You can continue using Zapier through your own account, but installers will be responsible for any Zapier costs.
What Action Do Partners Need to Take?
If you want to continue using Zapier:
- Export or copy any Zaps into your own Zapier account before November 21, 2025
If you do not use Zapier or plan to stop:
- No action is required
When Will This Change Be Live?
November 21, 2025: This is the date when EnergySage's Zapier subscription will end and Zaps running through our account will stop working.
Migration window: Now through November 21, 2025
What About Sales Reporting?
You will still be required to submit monthly sales reporting. Zapier has never replaced this requirement. Read this article for information about sales reporting on EnergySage.
