Close Your EnergySage Account

How to close your EnergySage account

If you’re done shopping for solar or no longer wish to keep your EnergySage account, you can easily close it at any time.

 

  1. Go to energysage.com/market  and login to your account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of your Dashboard page. 
  3. Click the "I'm Done Shopping" button in blue.
  4. Confirm your selection to complete the process.

💡Tip: Once your account is closed, you’ll no longer receive installer messages, quote updates, or notifications from EnergySage.

 

 

What happens when you close your EnergySage account

When you close your account:

  • Your dashboard access will be removed.
  • You’ll no longer receive messages or new quotes.
  • Existing installers will be notified that you’re no longer pursuing quotes.

⚠️Important: Once your account is closed, your message history and quote details cannot be recovered.
