      How to close your EnergySage account

      Done shopping for solar, or not interested in moving forward right now? 

       

      To close out your account, follow the instructions below:

      1. Go to energysage.com/market to access your account

      2. At the bottom of the page, you should see the "I'm Done Shopping" button in blue:

      3. Click "I'm Done Shopping"

      4. Choose the reas0n that best suits your decision:
