How to message your installers

Have a question about a quote? Want to request an update or change to your quotes? Here's how to contact your installers directly!

You can send a message to any (or all) of the installers that submitted quotes for you at any time. In fact, your installers are eager to connect so that they can make sure their quotes meed your needs! 

To send a message to an installer:

1. Log in to your EnergySage account and click on the "Messages" tab

6. Click "New Message"

7. From the dropdown, either select the installer you want to message or choose ‘All interested installers’ to send the same message to all of the installers that quoted you. You can then compose your message or question as you wish, and hit 'Send.'

8. You will receive an email notification when an installer sends a response back. Remember, you can also always book a call with your Energy Advisor if you need additional help!
