      What to do if you don't see your address while registering for quotes

      If your home is a new construction and Google Maps has yet to update its satellite imagery, you might not see your address while trying to sign up on EnergySage. As long as your home is built and has a mailing address, you can register for solar quotes!

       

      1. When you get to the "Find your roof" stage of the sign-up process, enter in a nearby address.

      2. Once you have completed the registration process, just contact us here and be sure to include your correct address and a description of the correct location of your home. 

      3. If your roof is not visible on Google Maps, please send us any roof plans or roof images you might have. Our installers require an image of your roof before submitting quotes, so they know how much space you have for panels!

      4. Our team will then update your address for you and let you know when the change has occurred!
