Login Issues

Having trouble logging into your EnergySage account?

No worries — we’ll help you get back into your account quickly. Depending on your situation, you can either request a one-time login link or reset your password. Follow the steps below.

 

Request a one-time login link

If you normally log in using a code (instead of a password), here’s what to do:

  1. Go to the "Request a One Time Login" page
  2. Enter your email address and click “Submit”
  3. Check your email inbox for the link (this can take a few minutes - hang tight!)

  4. Open the email, and click “Sign In.” Please note that this link will expire in 15 minutes and can only be used once.

  5. Once you're logged  in, we recommend setting a password to make signing in easier next time.

💡Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder and add @energysage.com to your safe sender list.

 

Common issues with one-time codes

  • Wait about 5 minutes before requesting another code — only the most recent code will work.
  • Make sure you’re checking the same email address you used to sign up for EnergySage.
  • Remember that the link expires after 15 minutes, and can only be used one time. 

Still not receiving it? Try logging in using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies.

 

Reset or change your password

If you want to update your password, follow these steps:

  1. Once in your account, go to the password reset page

  2. Enter a new password
  3. Login using your new password

💡Pro tip: Choose a strong password that is at least 8 characters, and includes at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

 

Troubleshooting other login issues

If you’ve followed the above steps and still can’t log in, here are a few additional checks:

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Clear your cache and cookies, then try again.
  • Disable browser extensions like password managers or pop-up blockers temporarily.
  • Confirm you’re using the correct email address associated with your EnergySage account.
