Our Energy Advisors (EAs) are a team of solar experts, who support homeowners through their shopping journey.

EAs are a resource for EnergySage shoppers. They can answer questions about solar, review quotes, and offer unbiased advice. Every shopper on EnergySage is assigned an EA when they register for our marketplace. EAs engage with consumers over the phone, via email, and sometimes via text message. Their goal is to help shoppers select the right installer/contractor for their home.

The Energy Advisors, who are all based in Boston, have helped more than 60,000 households make decisions about their clean energy solutions. They are experts in residential rooftop solar, heat pumps, community solar, and much more.
